Discover who I am
"I got emotional the moment I saw my girl on stage. Abby has never said more than ten words to a stranger and there she was, holding the room in front of people she had never met. I wasn't crying because it was sad but because I didn't know she had that in her.
- Mrs Lim, Mother of Abby, 16 years old
Discover who I am
I have seen Tammy representing her school in her CCAs but nothing hit like this. She talked about being bullied when she was younger and she wasn't shaking, she was steady. I didn't know she was carrying that - I am very proud of her.
- Mr Timothy, Dad of Tammy, 17 years old

"I feel more confident and now I can talk infront of a large group of people."

CHOOSE YOUR CHILD'S TRACK
Three ages. Three gaps.
One framework
Each track runs 2 full days and is built around what actually shows up at that age.
AGES 7-10
Junior Track
Mon 7 Sep & Tues 8 Sep 2026
"Shy or something else?
Does your child talk your ear off at home but goes quiet around new face? Won't raise their hand in class even when they know the answer?
That's rarely shyness. Very often, it's a child who has never been taught their voice is allowed to take up space with people who aren't already familiar.
This is the gap our Junior Track is built to close through our LET framework:
-
Look Inward — build self-awareness through play, reflection, and confidence games
-
Empower — practice speaking in a space where mistakes are part of learning, not something to fear.
-
Tell My Story — using our simple PREP structure, kids learn to confidently tell their own story, even to a room full of strangers
AGES 11-14
Middle Track
Wed 9 Sep & Thur 10 Sep 2026
"Together but not together?"
Texting the family group chat from the same dinner table or taking a comment on their idea like a personal attack instead of hearing it out?
Phone-mediated communication has decreased face-to-face practice that children this age genuinely require and it shows up at dinner, in group projects, in school presentations.
Our Middle Track is built to rebuild it, through our LET framework:
-
Look Inward — explore identity, emotions and values, and how they shape voice and relationships.
-
Empower — build confidence and resilience through hands-on practice.
-
Tell My Story — communicate with confidence and empathy, using our HEART framework.
AGES 15-18
Senior Track
Fri 11 Sep & Sat 12 Sep 2026
"Filtered, but not real?"
Is your child confident behind a screen - giving quick captions but goes quiet the moment they have to say something true and unscripted out loud?
Most of their self-presentation online are edited until it looked right. That gap between the curated voice and the real one shows up when it matters: an interview, a first job, a moment to lead.
Our Senior Track closes it, through our LET framework:
-
Look Inward — self-reflection to find a story that's genuinely theirs.
-
Empower — challenge the fear of being judged unscripted, build a real leadership voice.
-
Tell My Story — trade the curated post for something said out loud, using HOTTA to build a TED-style talk.

THE LET FRAMEWORK
Speaking is the outcome, not the starting point.
Before a child can speak with courage, they need to know who they are and believe that what they have to say matters. Every track - Junior, Middle, Senior runs on this same order, adjusted for different ages.
L
LOOK INWARD
Discover who I am
Self-awareness, identity, and personal story. Children start by getting to know their own voice before they ever use it in front of others.
E
EMPOWER
Believe in my voice
Reframing self-doubt into confidence, through practice built around encouragement rather than judgment.
T
TELL MY STORY
Speak with courage and purpose
Each track ends with the child telling their own story their own way that is unscripted and out loud in a safe space
"My voice matters, my story matters, I matter."
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
A MOVEMENT BY MINISTRY OF PUBLIC SPEAKING
Every voice deserves a stage.
The Let Them Speak™ Movement - because working hard, showing up, and giving your all should never go unheard.
THE STORY BEHIND THE MOVEMENT
It started with one question.
There is a student somewhere in Singapore right now, rehearsing their speech in the mirror at midnight. He has practiced every pause, every gesture and every word.
They show up to the selection and give everything they have. They did not get chosen. Not because they weren't good enough, but because there were only so many slots available.
Just like that, their voice disappears. Back into the classroom, back into the crowd.
Unheard.
"What happens to the students who prepared just as hard, cared just as deeply but was simply not selected? Does that mean they have nothing to say?"
That question never sat right with Adeline, our founder of Ministry of Public Speaking. And after years of watching this story repeat, she decided to do something about it and started Celebration of Voices in 2025.
In 2026, what began as Celebration of Voices evolves into something bigger. Something even bolder. And meaningful - the Let Them Speak™ Movement.
WHAT IS THIS MOVEMENT ABOUT?
Not a competition. Not an audition.
The Let Them Speak™ Movement is a platform that is inclusive, open and unapologetic. It is a safe space where every young person gets a chance to stand up and be heard - on topics that they care about, in their own words, to people that matters, without needing to be the "best" to deserve the stage.
Speaking is not a privilege for the selected few.
It is a right for every single person.
THINGS WE STAND FOR
Three things we believe in.
No Trophies. No Ranking. Just voices that matter.

Safe Space
No judgement. No elimination. Just an audience that shows up to listen.

Every voice counts
You don't need a trophy or a teacher's nomination to join us. You just need something to say.

Growth over perfection
We are not here to produce polished performers. We want to show young people that their voice matters. Real and raw voice.

"
What breaks my heart is not someone who speaks imperfectly. It is someone who never gets the chance to speak at all.
The Let Them Speak™ Movement exists because every young person carries a story worth telling. And it is our job to build the stage for them. A safe space not just for the ones who win.
For all of them.
