TERMS & CONDITIONS

This Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement asks you to waive important legal rights. Before entering and agreeing to participate in the Ministry of Public Speaking (the “Company”) programmes , please read and agree to the terms of this Agreement.

Upon endorsement of this Agreement, I and/or we, the undersigned, and my and/or our personal representatives, and next of kin (“I” or “ME”) agree to the following on behalf of my registered child to release of claims, waiver of liability and assumption of risk. 

1. I agree that if my child is injured or requires medical assistance, the Programme Trainer may, at my cost, arrange medical treatment and emergency evacuation as deemed necessary by the Trainer. I agree that I am responsible for my child’s own medical insurance cover.

2. I agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its Trainers, employees, volunteers, shareholders, and sponsors, from and against any and all claims, demands, right or cause of action, suits, expenses, costs and proceedings of any nature whatsoever which may be made by me or on my behalf or by other parties for or in respect of or arising out of any injury, loss, damage or death caused to me or my property as a result of my child’s participation in the programmes whether by negligence, breach of contract or in any way whatsoever.

3. I acknowledge and consent for my child’s photographs, videos to be used for internal and external marketing or promotional purposes by the Programme Organisers without payment or compensation.
